Open Positions & Requirements

1. Branch Managers (up to Senior Officer Level)

• Locations: Inside/Outside Valley Branches
• Number of Vacancies: Few
• Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics or a related field from a recognized University with minimum second-division marks.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of working experience for the Officer level, and at least 3 years for the Supervisor level in Banking and Financial Institutions licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB).
  • Must have solid knowledge of credit appraisal/procedures and NRB Directives & Circulars.
  • Age Limit: Should not exceed 40 years for the Officer level and 30 years for the Supervisor level as on the last date of application.

2. Relationship Managers (up to Junior Officer Level)

• Locations: Inside/Outside Valley Branches
• Number of Vacancies: Few
• Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics or a related field from a recognized University with minimum second-division marks.
  • Must have sound knowledge of credit appraisal/procedures and NRB Directives & Circulars.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in credit for Junior Officer level, 3 years for Supervisor level, and 2 years for Assistant/Senior Assistant level in Banking and Financial Institutions licensed by NRB.
  • Age Limit: Should not exceed 40 years for the Junior Officer level and 30 years for the Assistant/Senior Assistant/Supervisor level as on the last date of application.

3. Chartered Accountants

• Number of Vacancies: Few
• Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Must be a certified CA from a recognized institution.
  • Must be able to assume responsibility for internal control, financial management, and guidelines, and coordinate with external parties (Tax, Company Act, NRB guidelines, and other relevant acts & regulations).
  • The corporate position will be offered based on job expertise and deserved experience.
  • Age Limit: Should not exceed 40 years as on the last date of application.

4. Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountants

• Number of Vacancies: Few
• Qualifications & Requirements:
  • ACCA or CA Intermediate (with completion of Articleship from ICAN/ICAI) from a recognized institution.
  • Must have a very strong command of accounting, auditing, and compliance matters like TDS, VAT, and relevant laws.
  • The corporate position will be offered based on job expertise and experience. Preference will be given to candidates with audit experience and industrial training experience in BFIs.
  • Age Limit: Should not exceed 30 years as on the last date of application.
